For UK orders, excluding the Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Highlands and other islands, delivery is free for orders over £20. Delivery for orders under £20 is £3.99. As standard we use Royal Mail 2nd class post, delivery can take 3-5 working days after the order has been placed. In the unlikely event that you have not received your goods within six days of receiving your dispatch email please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you require faster delivery please select express first class for 1-2 working day delivery. The cost for this is £4.99.
If you require fast delivery please select Special Delivery, £7.99. Orders must be placed by midday for next working day delivery.
EU, Channel Island and international deliveries please contact us email@example.com for a quote.
If an item you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you immediately to advise you of an alternative delivery date. If you are not satisfied with the new delivery date then you can cancel the order and we will give you a full refund.
Occasionally circumstances beyond our control (like a global pandemic!), especially at busy posting periods, can delay delivery. Please allow an extra day or two for delivery at such times. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or inconvenience that may result from the delay.
We really hope you're happy with your purchase from us. If for some reason you are not, please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org to advise us that you are returning the goods for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. The product must be in it's original packaging, unused and in a re-saleable condition. Postage will not be refunded. We advise that you get proof of posting when returning an item as a full refund cannot be given until the items have been received by us. Once the item has been received by us we will notify you of your refund.
Sale items are non-refundable.
